Black and White Studio Portraits, Chester County
This one year old wears jeans and suspenders with no shirt, but wasn't sure about the derby hat. His rolly, chunky arms reach up to take the hat off his head, as he looks directly at the camera wondering why we keep sticking things on his head and putting him on this white backdrop. Barefoot, you can see his chunky feet and tiny toes, which is why I always suggest no shoes for babies and toddlers (when indoors). This photo captures a relatively calm moment in the life of a very busy one year old, and was one of the mom's favorite photos from his first birthday session, photographed in their home in Chester County.
