Same shirts, same smiles, completely different personalities.
This sibling portrait is simple on purpose. A clean white background, soft textured rug, and coordinated outfits keep the focus on their expressions and connection. The baby’s open-mouth laugh and the proud big-brother grin happen in a split second. Capturing both at the same time requires timing and experience.
Working with siblings, especially when one is under two, requires efficiency and flexibility. I position them quickly, keep the mood light, and shoot through the in-between moments when the real expressions appear. The result is a small gallery of cohesive, high-quality images rather than a single mediocre photo.
All preschool sessions are photographed on location at schools throughout Chester County, the Main Line, and the greater Philadelphia area. Retouching is always included, so every image is polished and ready to print.
